Roberto Serrano brings over 20 years of youth development experience to Dignity of Children, having worked at Henry Street Settlement, St Nicks Alliance, and Boys and Girls Clubs in both New York City and Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He has worked as a Site Director, Community School Director, Multi-Site Supervisor, and Executive Director. As a Certified Instructor in Adult Pediatric CPR and First Aid, Roberto has trained over 200 hundred youth development staff. As a youth development leader, he has trained hundreds of line staff in management, professionalism, and program excellence. Roberto graduated from Williams College and is eager to help motivate future youth development leaders.
