• AfterSchool Works New York! (formerly) The New York State School Age Care Coalition (NYSSACC)
AfterSchool Works is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of care for school-age children across New York State. AfterSchool Works is the lead agency for the most successful School Age Care (SAC) Credential in the Nation.

• New York State AfterSchool Network (NYSAN)
The New York State AfterSchool Network is a public-private partnership of statewide, regional, and local groups dedicated to promoting young people’s safety, learning, and healthy development outside the traditional classroom. NYSAN’s activities are directed toward building the capacity and commitment of communities to increase the quality and availability of programs during non-school hours.

• New York State Education Department Supplemental Educational Services (SES)
Supplemental educational services (SES) are defined in the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). Under NCLB, local school districts are responsible for notifying parents of students in some schools receiving Title I funds that their children are eligible for supplemental educational services (including tutoring) from a provider on the Department’s list of approved providers.


• New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene

The NYC DOHMH is one of the world’s oldest and largest public health agencies.


• New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD)

The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) was created to provide New York City with high-quality youth and family programming.


• Council on Accreditation

The Council on Accreditation (COA) is a not-for-profit independent accreditor of the full continuum of community-based human service organizations in the United States and Canada. COA’s accreditation standards and processes were specifically developed for programs of every size and capacity to assist them in supporting their continuous quality improvement and long-term sustainability.
